In an attempt to develop an environment conducive to serious study and profound learning, a spacious complex has been constructed on a 4000-square meter lot located in a quiet area.

While here, students will enjoy the comfort of two modern complexes: The TCI Educational Center and the CBC Dormitory/Office complex. The Educational Center provides classrooms for Cebu Bible College and Talamban Christian School (at present it has nine classrooms designed to meet varying needs of dedicated students). Attached to this complex is the TCI Auditorium, with a seating capacity of over 300, designed for optimum efficiency and comfort. This auditorium serves as the assembly hall for the Talamban church, the Talamban Christian School, and even Cebu Bible College when needed for its various seminars, workshops and other major functions demanding a larger crowd. Both the Auditorium and the Educational Center are designed for future expansion up to a comfortable capacity of 2500.

For full time (male) students, CBC provides housing in the Dormitory/Office complex. This efficiently designed facility will house up to 36 students, and contains a library, faculty and staff offices, and a dining area. It also boasts a kitchen where three meals are prepared daily for students.
