General Requirements for All

I. Letters of Recommendation and Confidential Personal References
    A. A Letter of Recommendation from your parents.
    B. A Letter of Recommendation and a Confidential Personal Reference (forms provided)
        from the preacher of your congregation where you have been for at least 2 years.
    C. A Confidential Personal Reference (forms provided) from your High school Principal
        or Teacher/Adviser.

II. 4 Essays which tell us:
    A. Why you want to come to CBC (at least 200 words).
    B. Why you believe you should be admitted for study at CBC (at least 200 words).
    C. Your plans after graduation from CBC (at least 200 words).
    D. Why you believe you should be awarded scholarship (at least 250 words).

III. For all scholarships, you must be full time at CBC w/ classes as advised
      by the faculty.

IV. You must pass the CBC Qualifying Exam (Bible Knowledge and
      English Proficiency).

V. IMPORTANT NOTE
   A. You MUST finish all scholarships requirements BEFORE enrollment. Cebu Bible
       College's scholarship program is similar to secular college scholarship programs in
       that the applicant MUST QUALIFY to receive the scholarship based on his/her
       academic performance.
   B. All scholarships are on a semester basis and renewal depends upon the student’s
       performance and upon the availability of funds for the following year.
   C. Misconduct, laziness, or complacency in study can be a just cause for immediate
        termination of support even in mid semester.
